Dolce Gabana

I wanted to create a visible gradient on the sides, and be able to use jewellery clips, which had been specially designed to match the shapes in the new collection, to attach extensions.

Valentino
Spring 2022
For their return to ready-to-wear fashion, Valentino organised a beautiful runway show in the extraordinary setting of the “Marché de Carreau” in Paris.
I had the honour of cutting the models’ hair during the show, and one of the cuts aimed to combine two types of hair into a single style. It featured a High Top Afro cut with curly hair towards the front and wavy hair on the crown. The fringe was both frizzy and smooth, which created a symmetrical consistency between the shape and height of the cut.

Versace
Autumne 2021
Versace organised an autumn haute couture runway show in Milan. This was my first major experience in this city, and it was both challenging and exciting.
Initially, I decided that I wanted to incorporate the iconic Greca pattern of Versace into the hairstyles, showing imagination and creativity through textured and blended work while ensuring that the design elements matched perfectly with the new collection.
Next, I aimed to find similar patterns for each model while still making sure that each pattern was distinct. Additionally, I wanted the hairstyles to be eye-catching and captivating.
Finally, I wanted to showcase the artistic work of the hairdresser in a new and exciting way, bringing fresh momentum to hair styling in fashion shows.
